Join the Cook County Health Foundation Associate Board on Thursday, November 6th, 2025 from 6:00-9:00 PM at Impact House Chicago for an evening of light bites, cocktails, and networking. This year we will be highlighting Cook County’s role in addressing women’s health.

The Cook County Health Foundation Associate Board is committed to expanding and improving health care for those with the fewest resources through support of our public health system, Cook County Health. Through education, fundraising and advocacy, the Associate Board works to decrease barriers to health care and increase health equity in metropolitan Chicago.
